The bed was comfortable and the shower was hot. The rooftop pool had a great view and the complimentary coffee in the lobby was a nice touch.
Check-in was chaotic and slow, with no clear direction from staff. The room was dusty and needed a deep clean, and the noise from the nearby construction was unbearable. The restaurant on site was overpriced and the food was mediocre.

We had a wonderful stay in this hotel located in the heart of downtown. The staying experience was amazing as we found everything to be tidy and the hotel facilities were stunning. Parking was a breeze, and the location was perfect for walking to a plethora of tasty restaurants. In terms of staff members, we received excellent customer service from the check-in to check-out process. We felt warmly welcomed and valued throughout our stay.

This hotel has great dining options within walking distance and a beautiful view from the rooms. The beds were super comfortable and the staff was very friendly. They also have great leisure facilities and convenient parking options.
The hotel's valet parking can be a bit pricey.

Spending Christmas at this hotel was a great idea! The staff was so nice and welcoming, and they offered complimentary cookies and hot chocolate in the lobby. The location was perfect too, right in the heart of downtown, so we were able to walk to all the nearby attractions. We loved the rooftop pool, which offered stunning views of the city skyline.
The only downside was that the bar service was a bit slow, and the drinks were pretty pricey. But it didn't ruin our stay, and we still had a wonderful time overall.

The complimentary water bottles and coffee in the room were nice touches. The location was central and convenient for my business meetings. The fitness center was well-equipped and I was able to squeeze in a workout before my day started.
The noise level in my room was unbearable and I had difficulty sleeping. The air conditioning was also very loud and kept me up at night. Additionally, the staff at the front desk seemed overwhelmed and not very helpful when I had questions about the area. my experience at this hotel was less than satisfactory.

In the immaculate room we booked there was an exceptionally comfortable bed and a wonderful bathroom. Thanks to an excellent service we had a really great stay. We had a bar in the lobby.

The hotel property was upscale with comfy and incredible location next to restaurants, many other things to do. The room was huge and impressive with a view. There were central heating, an individual safe and multi-channel television. The service was excellent, including a smooth check-in.

A very comfortable stay on a family visit to Austin. Conference hotel in a nice enough area adjacent to all restaurants, river walk and many other things to do and Austin. Plenty of outstanding food at breakfast time. Nice building and rooms with a nice view.

All fabulous: service and food. We were within 100 meters of congress avenue bridge. There is Burger Bar serving quick meals 5 mins walk from the hotel😃🙂
